Hamoon KHELGHAT DOOST, 2007 yılında Sains Malaysia Üniversitesi Yabancı Diller Bölümü’nden mezun olmuştur. 2012 yılında yine Lisans Eğitimini tamamladığı Sains Malaysis Üniversitesinde Yüksek lisans eğitimini tamamlamıştır. 2018 yılında National University of Singapure’de Siyaset Bilimi alanında Doktora eğitimini tamamlamıştır.
