Hamoon KHELGHAT DOOST graduated from Sains Malaysia University in 2007 with a degree in Foreign Languages. In 2012, he completed his master's degree at Sains Malaysia University, where he also completed his undergraduate education. In 2018, he completed his PhD in Political Science at the National University of Singapore.
