Emergency and Disaster Management Laboratory

The Emergency and Disaster Management program is to train qualified technicians who are healthy and strong, who can make quick and correct decisions, careful, cool and strong sense of responsibility, high communication skills, examining the scene and patients/injuries and applying emergency rescue techniques according to their situation.

To the students in the Emergency and Disaster Management Laboratory for the above-mentioned purposes; In case of emergency, patient safety, patient and injured with appropriate methods of transport, etc. subjects are taught, use of intervention equipment, case studies are carried out.

First aid lessons are also given in the laboratory, basic life support, giving coma position, giving shock position and patient/injured transportation methods are taught using materials such as model, stretcher.
