Applications are submitted through the website apply.uskudar.edu.tr.

The documents required for application include your diploma, transcript, and passport. If the documents are not in English, we request notarized Turkish or English translations. For admission requirements: https://international.uskudar.edu.tr/en/requirements.

After evaluating applications submitted through the application system, candidates who meet the admission criteria are initially sent an offer letter. In the sent letter, the deposit fee varies depending on the relevant department. For specific departments such as Dentistry and Medicine, half of the deposit fee is requested, while for other departments, a payment of $1,000 is required. Once the payment process is completed, the deposit is uploaded to the system, and the final acceptance letter is sent to the candidates. Students who receive the final acceptance letter may complete their registration procedures and enroll at the university.

The documents required for registration are:

• Passport,
• Original diploma, (Official translation of high school transcripts for all years into English or Turkish, approved by notary)
• Original transcript (If a transcript is specified in the diploma, it is not required),
• Language proficiency exam (If not, you must take the Üsküdar University English exam)

You can pay to Üsküdar University's USD account by money order/eft transaction. 
1. Bank Transfer: You may transfer the application fee payment to the University's bank account. If you transfer your fee by your bank, please add your application code and passport number to the description part in the payment receipt. Then upload this receipt to your Application Portal by using your application code via the following link: Application Portal.

3. Cash Payment: You can make the application fee payment in cash at Üsküdar University Central Campus.

Please kindly note that the application fee is non-refundable in any case, and cannot be transferred to any other program/person (even family members). It will also be valid for one year from the payment date.

Our students can make their payments in two installments. Additionally, a 5% discount is provided if they pay in advance. For fees: https://international.uskudar.edu.tr/en/tuition-fee.

Our university offers education in both Turkish and English. If our students want to learn something other than English, they can take German, French, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, and Chinese as an elective course as a second language.

• Students, who are going to study in Turkish programs, have to provide the required level of Turkish Language Certificate (TÖMER). Students who do not have TÖMER Certificates or have failed our university's language exam must enroll in the TÖMER Program at our university, which is charged separately.
• Students, who are going to study in English programs, have to provide one of the following exam scores, in order to be exempted from the English Language Preparatory Program:

• The students, who are citizens of countries, where English is an official language, can be exempted from the English Language Preparatory Program.
• The students, who received their previous level of education in English/Turkish, might be exempted from the English/Turkish Language Preparatory Program.
• Students, who do not have English Language Certificates, or have failed our university's language exam, must enroll in the English Language Preparatory Program at our university, which is charged separately

There are 6 separate campuses at our university and our university's free shuttle service is offered to students for on-campus visits.

We provide visa support services for our students who have received the final acceptance letter. To request a visa support letter, our students can tell our relevant staff, "I want a visa support letter." When the students send an e-mail (tugba.sari@uskudar.edu.tr), the relevant consulates will be contacted. There is an insurance company we cooperate with for the residence permit, which helps with the application form, insurance, and tax payments. After the student collects the necessary documents, submits the file to our office, and it is delivered to the Immigration Administration by our university staff.
