Double Major Program (DMP): A program that enables students who successfully carry out undergraduate programs to attend a second undergraduate or associate degree program that they are interested in, and take a bachelor's degree at the same time in a second undergraduate program that they are interested in.
Minor Program: A program that enables students who successfully carry out their undergraduate programs to take a course and receive a certificate in a second undergraduate program they are interested.

The annual tuition fee has to be paid only as cash or maximum 2 installments (semester methods).

OBS is the link that contains all information of Üsküdar student. It concerns courses registration and results for each semester. If your OBS does not open, you will see warning message about the problem. Regarding to type of problem you can contact Students Affairs or Financial Affairs.
LMS is the link that provides to students the ability to attend online courses and semester Schedule. For LMS technical problems please send an e-mail to ue@uskudar.edu.tr.
STIX contains all course for each semester, it is a key to be in contact with professors by sending messages, homeworks and projects. For STIX problems please send an e-mail to yazilimekibi@uskudar.edu.tr.
If the students face any technical problem with the system;
He should contact ue@uskudar.edu.tr in case of ALMS problem,
yazilimekibi@uskudar.edu.tr in case of STIX problem.
To get the equivalence document, the student has to take an appointment from Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı - e-Denklik (meb.gov.tr) and click on ”Online Başvuru” or “Online application” to start the registration procedures.
The student has to fill the following forms by original documents as PDF.

You need to bring the Equivalency Certificate to Student Affairs within 45 days after your registration. If you cannot bring it in that time;
- Your OBS will be locked,
- You won’t be able to make course registration,
- You won’t be able to see your exam results,
- You cannot get a Student Certificate,
- Your registration might get cancelled.
The student can get his/her email address from Student Affairs. Normally, the student email address is presented as below:

To do this, you need to make an online residence permit application and submit your files. We will submit your hard copy application file on your behalf to Immigration Office Istanbul, except Turkish Language students. However, it is your responsibility to prepare all the required documents and submit them to us on time!

- Make an online student residence permit application (from https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr/ ) and get an appointment.
- Tax Payment Receipt: 125 TL to any Tax Office
- Photocopy of Your Passport Data Page and the Last Entry Stamp Page
- Student Certificate from the Student Affairs
- Photocopy of Your Old Residence Permit Card (if you are renewing) (not required if you are applying for residence permit for the first time)
International office generally works in the field of International Student Recruitment. Recruitment of international students, sending their acceptance letters and directing the student candidate to the required units for registration are the main areas of responsibility of International Office.
Apart from these, residence procedures are carried out by the International Relations Office.

Students who demonstrate qualification level in the exams according to the standards of Üsküdar University Foreign Languages Department Preparatory School and Higher Education Council (YÖK), gain the right to pursue their studies in their faculty majors. The students who fail the Proficiency Exam are placed in our Preparatory School classes according to their English level which is also assessed with a Placement Exam.

Nakkaştepe Girls Student Guesthouse is located 200 meters from Üsküdar University Campus and has a capacity of 72 girls and 26 rooms. Students in the guesthouse can stay in rooms with two, three, four and five girls and have access to 24-hour internet connection in their rooms.
Nakkaştepe Girls Guesthouse provides a convenient transportation option with its location within walking distance to Üsküdar-Çekmeköy Metro and Metrobus.

- First you will go to the Financial Affairs
- Fill in the given form
- Leave the form at your Faculty Office.
Associate and undergraduate students will keep paying their annual costs. Half of the semester's tuition fee will be charged as “Suspension / freezing registration of the Studies Cost” and the other half of the tuition fee will be deducted from the cost the semester they continue their studies. Therefore, they will fulfill their financial obligations.
Graduate and Doctorate Degree (Ph. D.) students continue to pay the program package fee when they freeze the enrollment. If there is a difference in the program fee in the year they open their registration, they must pay this difference.

To cancel your registration;
- Get 3 documents from Student affairs (cancellation form, student feedback form, cancellation reason) and fill them out.
- For the cancellation form, you will gather signatures from (Student Affairs, Financial Affairs, library, international office) and submit it to the student affairs.
- Go the financial affairs to get your refund.
