Üsküdar University projects are in the finals of TEKNOFEST…

Üsküdar University BrainPark Incubation Center Women Entrepreneurs “Queen’s Crown” team with the Project titled "Puerperant’s Crown Invention" and our “TRENDMINER” team in the category of “Turkish Natural Language Process” were entitled to be finalists in the TEKNOFEST Competition.

The results of pre-assessment report were announced within the scope of the TEKNOFEST 2023 Health and First Aid Category of Technology for the Benefit of Humanity Competition and TEKNOFEST 2023 Turkish Natural Language Process Competition.

The Puerperant’s Crown Invention is in the finals, which was developed by Üsküdar University Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Midwifery lecturers Instructor Dr. Günay Arslan, Asst. Prof. Tuğba Yılmaz Esencan, Asst. Prof. Ayça Demir Yıldırım and Onur Arslan.

The team from Üsküdar University applying under the name of Queen’s Crown with application no 054948 successfully passed the pre-assessment stage by scoring 83 out of 100.

Queen’s Crown team ranked 25th with 83 score among 151 teams that were entitled to pass the DPR (Detailed Project Report) stage in the “University and Higher Category”.

Moreover, our TRENDMINER team were entitled to be finalists in the “Turkish Natural Language Process” category. The TRENDMINER team consists of Üsküdar University Master’s Program of Artificial Intelligence Engineering Department Head Asst. Prof. Nuri Bingöl, Abdullah Gül University Lecturer Gökhan Bakar, Üskğdar University Master Graduate Rıdvan Can Göymen and Üsküdar University Master Graduate Hüseyin Ateş.

Outstanding achievements of Üsküdar University students and academicians with their TÜBİTAK projects continue with TEKNOFEST projects.
