Prof. Nevzat Tarhan: “Personalized treatment prevents unnecessary drug use”

The 3^rd “Rational Drug Use” panel was held to commemorate Üsküdar University Advanced Toxicology Laboratory Director Prof. Tuncel Özden, who died on 5^th of February, 2017. 

Attention was drawn to the conscious use of conventional medicine. Üsküdar University Founding Rector Prof. Nevzat Tarhan stated that they took the first steps of personalized treatment years ago. 

He said, “Our studies show that personalized treatment is cost-effective. Personalized treatment also prevents the use of unnecessary medicines.”
