Head of Turkish Airlines Catering and In-Flight Products Seyyid Mahmut Nebati stated that Turkish Airlines is the company that flies to the most destinations in aviation. Nebati said that "We fly all over the world. The company that flies to the most destinations in aviation is Turkish Airlines. Our main goal is to combine our innovative steps with customer satisfaction on the way from A to B and to ensure that our passengers travel beyond their expectations. Our main goal is to do whatever is necessary for our passengers to complete their journey in a way that they will be most satisfied with and prefer us again, without making them feel that trip. A passenger boarding the plane pays attention to the products and services we offer to our passengers, such as the Planet in-flight entertainment platform, which includes thousands of contents such as food, beverages, sleeping sets, travel sets, movies, music, and the Internet. Especially for our child passengers, toys are one of our prominent products in this sense. When you give a toy to a child, you do not just give it to them, in fact, their parents also observe. It gives us both pride and confidence to say that we are moving forward under the guidance of experts in such a special project. I would like to thank Üsküdar University under the leadership of President of Üsküdar University Prof. Nevzat Tarhan, who did not refrain to support on a voluntary basis in this process, and Üsküdar University under the direction of Head of the Department of Child Development Prof. Nurper Ülküer for their scientific contributions to us in the toy selection and planning process."

President of Üsküdar University, Psychiatrist Prof. Nevzat Tarhan, who examined materials such as books and toys prepared by Turkish Airlines for children during the flight, expressed his satisfaction with the cooperation and visit.

Prof. Nevzat Tarhan: "In our culture, gifting is the language of love..."

Emphasizing that everything is digitalized with the point where science has reached now, Tarhan emphasized that the project can be digitized. Tarhan stated that "This work must be alive, dynamic and improvable. It should be improvable according to feedback. Previously, it was said that digital is everything, but now everything is digital at the point where science has come. Therefore, it may be more useful if it is digitized. There are corporate customer loyalty studies. The first of these studies is to feel love and value towards the place where the person receives service. In the second place, there needs to be a sense of confidence about the future. In the third comes the wage he gives. In our culture, gifting is the language of love. It comes as a surprise to them that we have an open hand because it is not in Western culture. That's why people feel valued, love is about feeling valued. I congratulate you for thinking of this."
