President of Üsküdar University, Psychiatrist Prof. Nevzat Tarhan, who participated as a guest in the "New Generation Global Problems" event organized by Kadıköy Anatolian İmam Hatip High School, made remarks on the subject of "New Generation Global Problems and Solution Suggestions". Tarhan drew attention to the importance of considering the truths of ancient times and said that it is necessary to bring the ancient age to the present instead of going back to it. It is necessary to live it with today's clothes and to protect the essence. Tarhan stated that "We will change the methodology, the attire. We will synthesize natural sciences and religious sciences.".

"Investment that is made in people is important"

At the event held at the Kadıköy Anatolian Imam Hatip High School 15 July Conference Hall, President of Üsküdar University Prof. Nevzat Tarhan noted that young people who are interested in intellectual conversations are very valuable and that these young people will be cornerstones in future generations. Tarhan said that "Being together with young people and trying to answer their questions is very important for my perspective of life because young people head towards the good, the right and the beautiful in societies that are good, right and beautiful. In other words, it is the most important problem for young people to choose the right philosophy of life, to set the right goals and to manage themselves correctly, and it is the most important goal for a society. It is more important than security issues because it is a big security problem in the medium and long term. In other words, instead of investing in stone and soil, investment in people is important. Therefore, in terms of this vision, young people are ahead of their time, for example, there is a quote of his holiness Ali: 'Educate your children not according to the age you are in, but according to the age in which they will live,' which is a very great universal determination. For this reason, young people who are interested in intellectual conversations rather than in entertainment are very valuable. It is the young people who will be the cornerstone in future generations.".

"It does not matter where you go if you do not know where you are"

Underlining that a person who does not know themselves will only dream the future because they do not know their strengths and weaknesses; they do not know themselves even if their goals are ideals in the future, Tarhan said that a person can be only an idealist but not a realist. Tarhan stated that "If you make the right diagnosis, healthy results are obtained when the right treatment is applied. The same rule applies to social issues. Now you have got a map where you detect. You want to go somewhere on the map. You need to know your location before you go. It does not matter where you go if you do not know where you are. If a person who does not know themselves, their strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities because one does not know themselves in the future, even if a person has goals and ideals, that person will only be a dreamer about the future. Thus, one would be an idealist, but not a realist. Therefore, let's get to know ourselves first. To recognize that the world is now in industry 4.0. So, what have we done in industry 1.0, 2.0, 3.0? What have we done as a society, as a government? What did we miss? And what do we need to do to prevent history from repeating itself? Without seeing this, we cannot look at things from a bird's eye view. First it is necessary to make the correct diagnosis. At the moment, let me say that we have missed industry 1.0, 2.0, 3.0. As a society, as a country, we missed out. However, we have a very high chance of catching 4.0.".

"Mobile phones have become the open door of the house"

Prof. Nevzat Tarhan pointed out that humanity will be deteriorating if the disease of selfishness and worldliness is not treated and said that "If we see this transformation in the world, there is pop culture from Hollywood that is just emerging. There is popular propaganda. That makes us have a serious defense. Social births protected society. Now, mobile phones have become the open door of the house. From there, everything enters. The safe environment of the house is gone. Families and houses used to be castles. The castle was the last refuge. This also has disappeared. Currently, single household fragility has increased in Türkiye as in the world. The discharge speed is also increased. This increase in fragility means the disintegration of the family, which is the building block of society. This is happening right now in Europe, in Northern Europe. Especially if we do not take precautions, this will be something that will await us in 20-30 years. What happens is that in an environment where freewheeling ideas spread, various social diseases and psychological disorders are increasing. Violence is increasing; suicide is increasing, and loneliness is increasing. There is even the decision taken in Davos in 2018. It is said that 3 great dangers are awaiting the world. The first is climate change. We see the state of the world, and we experienced it last year. We usually witness it. It snowed heavily. Can you imagine? The second one is economic diagnostics. It was mentioned in a global manner. The third one is loneliness. The production in Davos is also on individualization in the background of the loneliness and selfishness. Therefore, there were these two social diseases in society. The disease of selfishness and worldliness is deteriorating humanity if we do not treat it. The medicine to cure this is in our hands. It is the belief in Tawheed.”.

"A personality with a broken chronology cannot be social and cannot produce work"

Referring to the fact that we need to learn from some situations in the past, Tarhan noted that "How can we not wear the clothes of our ancestors 100 or 200 years ago now? If many things have changed, it is of course possible to multiply them... In the face of this situation, our perspective today can be of two ways: to reject them altogether and reject this novelty and live anachronistically, chronologically or to live as if we were living in the age of 200-300 years ago. I would like to expand on that a little bit. For example, a person comes, who is 20 years old, but we do a personality analysis. That person does not want to grow up in childhood. They stayed in the age of 7 or 8 in their childhood. They want to live to that age. That does not leave the bottom of his mother. At the age of 17, a person still wants their mother to breastfeed. This is now a clinical case. There are such cases. These people do not want to grow. The mother feeds it in such cases, of course. In this case, it becomes a personality with a distorted chronology. That person cannot be social and produce work. It misses the whole rhythm of life. For example, when Yavuz Sultan Selim went to Egypt, he went there with cannons. In Egypt, they also have cannons. However, the Ottomans' cannons were spinning cannons. Such moving balls are going quickly from behind. War historians know this. In this way, he crosses the impassable desert there and defeats it there. After that, it is said that Egypt was the battle of the commanders of that time, Yavuz Sultan Selim. There is a debate as ‘'You did not win, but we lost'. Then he says he is the leader in Egypt; 'Your cannons were balls that rotated relative to our cannons, they were highly mobile cannons.' Therefore, he loses the battle because he is against innovation. Therefore, these are some of the past situations from which we should learn lessons. Now it is the same with sociological changes.”.

"Instead of going to the old age, we will bring it to the present"

Prof. Nevzat Tarhan stated that another approach is to protect the essence and change the methodology and continued his remarks as follows: "What are we going to do? We will take the truths of ancient times. Instead of going back to the ancient times, we will bring it to the present. We will live it with today's attire. We will preserve the essence. We will change the methodology. We are going to change the outfit. We will synthesize the natural sciences and the religious sciences. For example, Hegel, one of the philosophers of the Enlightenment age, says: ‘What is reasonable is real; that which is real is reasonable.’. When we consider the Holy Qur'an today, let them say one verse of the Holy Qur'an that is not reasonable. Regarding this, I wrote the 1st volume of the book Psychology of Wisdom published by Timaş Publications during the pandemic period. There I refuted the belief in the Tawheed by using quantum physics in a reasonable way, using the intelligent design of creation in the style of evolution, and refuting evolution with the information there. Intelligent design is currently evolution from physics to the existence of nature, Tawheed belief, and intelligent design can only explain this Tawheed. We can explain existence. In other words, the subject of Tawheed is the most reasonable explanation. We can explain it according to quantum physics. For this reason, in the Holy Qur'an, when someone is asked about fate or the hereafter, I liken it to this... If you first correct your vision of God in your head, then these issues will be discussed. A person who does not believe in revelation cannot understand fate unless one believes that the creator is the ancient absolute, that knowledge is absolute, that the will is absolute, that wisdom is absolute, that his power is absolute. A person cannot understand the afterlife. A person will first understand Tawheed. In other words, you cannot teach high mathematics to someone who does not know basic mathematics. You cannot tell anything here to someone who does not know the belief in Tawheed.".

Biological sex is genetic!

Biological sex is genetic, defined as female and male. The existence of a third sexual identity was investigated by Oxford University; however, it was revealed that there was no such gene. This is an evidence-based study containing 500,000 people. There are three types of genders. These are biological sex, gender identity, and sexual orientation. The issue of gender identity has no scientific or biological basis. It is formed by social and cultural learning. There is plenty of evidence of this.

Evidence-1 There is a case of Ukrainian "Feral Child, Oxana Malaya" related to this. In Ukraine, her parents are alcoholics. They are not interested in the child because the parents are alcoholics. When this child is examined, it is understood that the child grew up among the dogs and was raised by the dogs without seeing the parents. When the child is ten years old, she barks like a dog, crawls under the water like a dog, eats like a dog. Such a child she was. It has been found that the child was a girl; however, they see that she is not a girl and not a boy. However, even more so it is not even human. Therefore, that child has embraced the social role of the dog through social learning. Let alone the male and female gender, and the child has been forcibly taught to be able to stand up over the years. This actually shows us that identities are something that is taught through social learning. It has no innate, genetic basis. Sexual urges exist as biological sexes as male and female. Sexual identity is about social learning. Something that was learned later. The child behaves like whatever environment one grows up in.

Evidence-2 Just as a person behaves like a dog if that person has grown up among dogs, a boy who has grown up among people who behave feminine is becoming feminine. We already see this a lot in our clinical practice. Freud also made this evaluation. You look at the mother being overprotective, dominant but anti-male. The male child receives his sexual identity from the mother, and because he cannot identify with the father, his sexual identity becomes feminine or opposite. In some cases, the family raises their child in anticipation of a boy. At a young age, they dress up their daughter in men's clothes. This situation becomes cute until adolescence. After puberty, however, the child objects and starts to go down that path when he is being told not to dress like that.

These occur through social learning and require therapy if the person agrees.

"Reducing the World Population is a game of global capital"

Prof. Tarhan said that some people are trying to implement some projects to reduce the world population under the name of sexual freedom and stated that "Homosexuality is actually a purely world depopulation project. There was this idea that four or five years ago, a project came to us as an EU project. We looked at the project about addiction but it promotes non-binary gender (sexlessness). And I said, would you investigate the source of funding for this? My friends investigated the source of funding. They are working for the United Nations Population Planning Fund, in other words, someone has given to the United Nations population plan report, and they are working for the imposition of sexlessness on society in some way under the name of addiction and fight against it, under the name of sexual freedom. They pay a lot of money for this situation. There are those who are currently using these projects. They calculate the course of a world to reduce the world's population. They are seeing a lot right now. So, the world's population will be thirty billion by the end of the 21st century. They think that we cannot feed them, and in their own way, they produce solutions that are not right. They think that humanity will eat each other. They act in this way because they do not think that Allah gives a person one’s daily bread. They have succeeded in Europe. Marriage rates fell, and the number of children fell. This is not an innocent issue at all. In other words, it is a very important issue beyond such a person saying that I am transgender person and I want to live like this.".
