Üsküdar University also attended the YÖKAK International Quality Assurance and Accreditation Conference

The "2024 YÖKAK International Quality Assurance and Accreditation Conference" was organized by the Council of Higher Education Quality Council. Üsküdar University Rector Prof. Nazife Güngör, Advisor to the Rector Serdar Karagöz and the accompanying delegation attended the conference. The main theme of this year's conference was "Improving and Internalizing Quality in Higher Education". In this context, it was possible to take an important step in quality assurance and accreditation in higher education.

The conference hosted by Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University brought together scientific developments, innovations, experiences and different perspectives in the field of quality assurance in higher education.

Emphasizing that they continue to work with a quality-oriented approach, CoHE President Prof. Erol Özvar stated that they are trying to spread the quality assurance standards in higher education to all areas of the higher education system.

Supporting the digital transformation of universities...

Pointing out that it is important to establish quality assurance systems of universities, YÖKAK President Prof. Ümit Kocabıçak said that universities support digital transformation, and that data tracking and analysis should be carried out effectively. Kocabıçak stated that they aim to increase the number of program accreditations in Türkiye.
