Azerbaijani Delegation visited Rector Prof. Nazife Güngör

Baku State University Advisor to the Rector Humar Mammadbaghirova and Head of the Protocol Sector of Baku State University Jahan Ganizadeh visited the Rector of Üsküdar University Prof. Nazife Güngör in her office. Expressing that they have prepared a protocol for the Council of Higher Education, the employees of Azerbaijan Baku State University stated that they would like to do a double major program. In this case, it was discussed that an Erasmus agreement could be concluded with Baku State University. Underlining that Baku State University is the first and largest university in Azerbaijan, the delegation stated that they want to work in the field of new media and journalism.

Vice Rector Prof. Muhsin Konuk stated that we have many Azerbaijani students in undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral degrees and said that classical professions are mostly known in Azerbaijan. Hybrid professions are increasing with the effect of information and technology, and these new professions should be introduced to Azerbaijani youth. It was also pointed out that if necessary, it can be connected to Azerbaijani televisions and activities can be carried out to inform young people.

Being together can be beneficial in every aspect

Rector Prof. Nazife Güngör brought up a visit to Azerbaijan in April. The Azerbaijani delegation invited Üsküdar University to the conferences to be held in Baku. On the other hand, Prof. Nazife Güngör stated that being together with the Azerbaijani delegation at the symposiums held at Üsküdar University could be beneficial in every aspect.
