Stating that she is proud to be at Feminenartfest on the 100th anniversary of the Republic, Üsküdar University Rector Prof. Nazife Güngör said that "I'm a scientist, but I would rather be an art person or an artist. I congratulate all of you for your achievements and your artistic spirit. I am proud to take part in such an event on the 100th anniversary of our Republic. We are Atatürk's children, and we are always following in his footsteps."
Lale Belkıs: "Art is freedom of thought"
Emphasizing that art is freedom, Yeşilçam actress Lale Belkıs said that "I started my art life as a model. I have worn out the podiums. The podiums have not worn me out. The artists are so deep in thought that they are a shadow for all of us. Art is freedom of thought. Art is love for me, composition for me, a friend, a shoulder, a shelter for me... Let us freely reflect these thoughts. Regardless of its form or drawing, let them live among themselves in objects. Whether it is Picasso, Eyüboğlu or Fikret Mualla, let them lie down like Orhan Veli and live as they wish. No one is harmed by these beauties... Only good comes with it. Contemporary, change and beauty await us. Everything between what we have experienced, everything in between, is all yours. It is your efforts and the labor of art. I would like to thank all the artists."
After the Q&A session, plaques were presented to the participants.
After the group photo shoot, the event ended.
