Üsküdar University has its first doctorate degree graduate

Üsküdar University that specializes in Behavioral Sciences and Health fields, has its first doctorate degree graduate. Dr. Abdulkadir Ertaş became the first doctorate degree graduate of Üsküdar University in Health Management Doctorate program with the thesis titled “The Effect of Organizational Culture on Knowledge Management Practices in Hospitals”.

Üsküdar University Vice President Prof. Mehmet Zelka was the consultant of Dr. Abdulkadir Ertaş’s thesis.  Prof. Zelka congratulated Dr. Ertaş and gave him the doctorate gown.

Üsküdar University President Prof. Nevzat Tarhan also congratulated Dr. Abdülkadir Ertaş for his successful doctorate thesis. Prof. Tarhan shared, “I congratulate one of our first research academicians and first doctorate graduate Dr. Abdülkadir Ertaş and his teachers for their contributions. The first responsibility of a university is to train qualified academicians. We will continue to the science world with our related contributions.”
