Current Approaches to Social Problems Working Group

Examination of socio-economic and cultural problems within the scope of social sciences, the realization of studies in related fields.
Focuses of research: The focus areas of the research are; examining and researching current social problems such as living conditions of disadvantaged groups, problems experienced in working life, and urbanization and offering solutions.
In its first year, the working group aims to carry out at least two studies on current issues and to share information at national and international congresses. Within the scope of its three-year goals, new members of the working group are included in multidisciplinary studies, and it is aimed to contribute to the process of conducting research and producing scientific knowledge by ensuring that students take part in the study groups during the relevant period. It is aimed to publish the studies carried out in the field within a five-year period as converted into printed publications.
