Prof. Tayfun Uzbay was elected to the Central Committee of the Turkish Pharmacists Association
Prof. Tayfun Uzbay, Head of the Department of Internal Medical Sciences at Uskudar University Faculty of Medicine, Head of the Department of Medical Pharmacology, was elected to the Central Committee of the Turkish Pharmacists Association at the 43rd Ordinary Grand Congress of the Turkish Pharmacists Association.
Prof. Tayfun Uzbay: “I stand by public health in all matters related to medicine"
At the 43rd Ordinary Grand Congress held this year, the Turkish Pharmacists Association also expressed the different dimensions of the Covid-19 pandemic, its effects on health systems and health workers, the struggle against it and the stage reached in this struggle, the transformations it has build-up in social structures and individual lives.
Prof. Tayfun Uzbay, who was elected to the TEB Central Committee at the congress held with the main theme of "Health and Pharmacy in the Shadow of the Pandemic", expressed his happiness on Twitter account with the following words: “I was elected to the TEB Central Delegation by raising the bar at the 43rd Ordinary Grand Congress, which I attended as a delegate to Istanbul. Continue to work to meet the expectations of delegates for ethical, transparent, accountable governance. I stand by public health in all matters related to medicine.”
