He mentioned that he had written Türkiye’s first book on pyrography art, and Kırmızıgül stated: "The global name for our art is 'Pyrography,' which means writing with fire. In the past, there were no advanced tools, so metals were heated with fire to make designs, and this was called ‘searing’. It was not portraits like today; however, mostly works in the style of Anatolian motifs. Thanks to technological advancements, we can now create much more detailed works."

The first person to receive an artist card...

Kırmızıgül also mentioned that he received his first artist card after promoting and gaining acceptance for the art in Türkiye. He spoke about the process of popularizing pyrography art: "In Türkiye and around the world, it is generally known as 'wood burning.' However, we work with eight different materials that can be burned, not just wood. We also create on materials such as gourds, leather, paper, fabric, bone, eggs, and leaves."

Kırmızıgül demonstrated the pyrography technique to the students practically. The students had the opportunity to closely explore this art form by trying it themselves.
