The Manifesto for Universal Human Values and Rights received support from the Association of African and Asian Universities, to which 200 universities are affiliated

Support from international universities for the joint 'Manifesto of Universal Human Values and Rights', which was opened for signature by Üsküdar University and Kazakhstan L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University about a month ago, continues to increase. After Ukraine, another support came from the African and Asian Universities Association, which consists of more than 200 universities. A letter of support for the 'Manifesto for Universal Human Values and Rights' of the African and Asian Universities Association and the university to which it is affiliated has been published.

Support for the Manifesto, which has been signed by nearly 400 thousand people and consists of 10 articles, is increasing day by day.

RİNAP Board Member Prof. İlham Miraç presented the Manifesto of Universal Human Values and Rights at the online meeting of the Association of African and Asian Universities (AAU). The association, which consists of more than 200 universities, unanimously adopted and supported the manifesto at the meeting.

The manifesto calls for a reaffirmation of fundamental human rights, human dignity and worth, and the equal rights of men and women and all nations, large and small, by noting the weakening of faith in human rights today.

The support gave impetus to the manifesto...

Stating that they are very happy that the African and Asia Universities Association and the university they have unanimously supported the manifesto, Prof. İlham Miraç said that this support has given an important impetus to manifesto and continued his remarks as follows:

"The AAU's support has given the manifesto a significant impetus. AAU Secretary General Prof. Ashraf Abd ElRafai and former Deputy Prime Minister of Somalia and AAU Deputy Secretary General Prof. Ridwan Hersi M. General made speeches in support of the manifesto."

Noting that the manifesto encourages universities and individuals all over the world to support and sign the manifesto as a sign of commitment to human rights and human values, Miraç invited everyone to sign the manifesto.
