Prof. Nevzat Tarhan’s book is now translated into Russian…

Author Prof. Nevzat Tarhan's books are translated into different languages and increase his readership at a global level every passing day. Psychiatrist Prof. Nevzat Tarhan's book “Değerler Psikolojisi ve İnsan – Güzel İnsan Modeli” (Psychology of Values and Human – Model People) was published in Russian by the publications of Kazakhstan L. Gumilyev Eurasian National University. The book, which was Translated into Russian by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Güzel Tokareva, is intended to appeal to scientists, researchers and students working in the fields of psychology, philosophy, sociology, social psychology, and communication in the Eurasian geography.

'How can I live to be happy?'

In the preface written for the Russian edition of the book, Prof. Nevzat Tarhan expressed the importance of values today with the following remarks: "Psychology was previously discussed within the framework of 'Thought, Emotion and Behavior'. Today, the third generation of metacognitive psychotherapy techniques has included 'Beliefs, Values and Cultures'. The development of the discipline of Positive Psychology also made us feel the need to define the example of the 'Model People'. While looking for an answer to the question of how to be both happy and successful in this world, he was looking for an answer suitable for this age to the question 'How can I live to be happy?'. This work is the product of an effort related to human values that people should gain and increase for their material and spiritual happiness."

Tarhan's first book published in Russian...

Prof. Nevzat Tarhan thanked Dr. Tansel Tercan, Dr. Nurfer Tercan, Assoc. Prof. Güzel Tokareva and Prof. Ebulfez Süleymanlı and the rectorate of Lev Gimilyev Eurasian National University for their contribution to this publication, which is Tarhan’s first book published in Russian, and stated that he hoped that this work would contribute to the increase of good, right and good behaviors in the Eurasian geography.

The presentation of the book to the scientific community of Kazakhstan is expected to be made with a well-attended conference by Prof. Nevzat Tarhan to be held at the Lev Gimilyev Eurasian National University in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, on April 24, 2024.
