2023-2024 New Academic Year orientation has been completed

The 2023-2024 New Academic Year orientation was held for students with the participation of Üsküdar University academic and administrative staff. New Year's academic orientation program started with Medicine and Dentistry, and it was completed with the programs of Humanities and Social Sciences, Communication, Engineering and Natural Sciences, Faculty of Health Sciences and Vocational School of Health Services. In the programs, students who have just enrolled in Üsküdar University were informed before the new academic year.

The opening speeches of the Foreign Languages and Preparatory Program orientation programs held at the Nermin Tarhan Conference Hall were delivered by Foreign Languages Coordinator Instructor Dilek Batur performed.

Afterwards, the opening speeches of the orientation programs of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences were made by the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Prof. Deniz Ülke Arıboğan. Arıboğan, who introduced the students, all their departments and professors, gave information.

Within the scope of the programs, where information about all the functioning and studies of the university was given, the opening speeches of the orientation of the Faculty of Communication and the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences were made by the Dean of the Faculty of Communication Prof. Süleyman İrvan and the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences Prof. Osman Çerezci.

The orientation program of the Faculty of Health Sciences was held in two separate sessions. According to their departments, students met at NP Health Campus and Çarşı Campus.

The SHMYO orientation program was held in the Çarşı Campus.

The opening speeches of the orientation programs of the Faculty of Health Sciences were made by the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Prof. Arif Aktuğ Ertekin, while the opening speeches of the VSHS orientation program were made by the Director of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Prof. Mesut Karahan.

After the opening speeches, the departments and directorates within Üsküdar University informed the newly enrolled students of Üsküdar University before the new academic year.
