Established in 2014 with the approval of the Council of Higher Education (CoHE) and shaped in line with the principle of 'Youth Developing with Science, Rising with Morality' of President of Üsküdar University, Psychiatrist Prof. Nevzat Tarhan, the Youth Brains Academy is proud to celebrate its 11th anniversary.

Üsküdar University Young Minds Academy, which set out with the mission of raising a generation on the axis of science, ethics and innovation, is proud to celebrate its 11th anniversary.

The academy, one of the most innovative youth platforms in Türkiye, is not only a training center, but also a project academy that touches the dreams of young people and prepares them for the future.

"Youth Developing with Science, Rising with Morality"

Established in 2014 with the approval of the Council of Higher Education (CoHE) and shaped in line with the principle of "Youth Developing with Science, Rising with Morality" of President of Üsküdar University, Psychiatrist Prof. Nevzat Tarhan, the academy aims to equip young people not only with knowledge but also with values. In this journey, the academy leads young people to discover their individual potential, offering them the opportunity to take active roles in both national and international projects.

Pioneer of science and social innovation

With its social responsibility projects, workshops and entrepreneurship programs, Young Minds Academy enables its students to gain critical thinking skills. To date, hundreds of students have had the opportunity to write scientific articles, participate in international conferences and undertake projects that touch the society.

Üsküdar University Young Minds Academy Director Asst. Prof. Nebiye Yaşar spoke at the celebration program. Yaşar stated that "The Young Minds Academy is the guarantee of a generation rising on the axis of science and value. Our young people, who have adopted the question of our President of Üsküdar University Prof. Nevzat Tarhan, 'What have you done for the project today?' as not only a motto but also a way of life, have become one of the most powerful scientific and social resources of our country.
