2024-2025 Academic Year orientations have been completed

Üsküdar University 2024-2025 academic year orientation days have been completed. The orientation programs, which were carried out with the participation of academic and administrative staff, were finally completed with Coordinatorship of the School of Foreign Languages, Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Communication, Engineering and Natural Sciences, Faculty of Health Sciences, and Vocational School of Health Services.

The orientation programs for the new academic year, which started on September 23 with the Faculties of Medicine and Dentistry, were completed with other faculties in the Main Campus Nermin Tarhan Conference Hall, the Faculty of Health Sciences İbni Sina Auditorium and the Çarşı Campus Emir Nebi Conference Hall.

The opening speeches of the Foreign Languages and Preparatory Program orientation programs held at the Nermin Tarhan Conference Hall were delivered by Foreign Languages Coordinator Dilek Batur. Informing the students about the preparatory program, Batur drew attention to the importance of the preparatory program.

At the orientation of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, general information about the faculty was given. The opening speech of the program was made by the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Prof. Deniz Ülke Arıboğan. Arıboğan, who introduced all the departments and professors of the faculty to the students, gave information.

At the orientation of the Department of International Relations, presentations were made to the students. The efforts to ensure that students from all over the world have access to the highest quality education and training services were touched upon.

Within the scope of the programs in which information about all the functioning and studies of the university was conveyed, the opening speeches of the orientation of the Faculty of Communication and the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences were made by Advisor to the Rector Prof. Süleyman İrvan and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences Prof. Osman Çerezci.

The orientation program of the Faculty of Health Sciences was held in two separate sessions. The opening speeches of the orientation program were made by the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Prof. Arif Aktuğ Ertekin. According to their departments, students met at NP Health Campus and Çarşı Campus.

The orientation program of the Vocational School of Health Services (VSHS) was held in the Çarşı Campus. The opening speeches of the program were made by Director of the Vocational School of Health Services (VSHS) Prof. Mesut Karahan.

After the opening speeches in the program, which attracted great participation, the departments operating within Üsküdar University informed the newly enrolled students of Üsküdar University before the new academic year.
