Üsküdar University, which attaches importance to women's participation in business life and their participation in organizations as managers, strengthens its place among the female employee-friendly institutions in terms of academic and administrative staff every year. Women make up 52 percent of the academic staff and 60 percent of the administrative staff of Üsküdar University.

At Üsküdar University, which is aware of the importance of women's employment in business life, it was seen that the number of female employees was higher than that of men when the academic staff data were examined.

More than half of the academic staff of Üsküdar University, 52 percent, are women.

The result did not change in the administrative structure of the institution, where the predominantly female population is in the academy.

Üsküdar University, which has made a great contribution to women's employment in Türkiye, has exceeded the number of female employees in terms of administrative staff. The institution that supports women to be in managerial positions has a 60 percent ratio of female administrative staff.

Üsküdar University has a total of 1041 employees, 646 of whom are academic and 395 of whom are administrative staff, and the total number of academic and administrative women is 574. This shows that the ratio of women among all employees is 55 percent.

The rate of female managers in Üsküdar is 50.7 percent

Üsküdar University Human Resources Department significantly supports the employment of female employees with the aim to increase internal diversity, to ensure equality between men and women in working life, as well as to recruit talented female professionals and to support women socio-economically.
