As a result of the pandemic of Coronavirus (Covid-19), which affects the whole World and also seen in our country, the distance education system was started with the decision taken by the Higher Education Council (YÖK) and the courses were started to be carried out through the STIX program.

According to the latest developments, YÖK decided on Thursday, March 26, 2020 to complete the Spring Term of 2019-2020 Academic Year with distance education.
In this context, courses at our university will be given through “distance education”. It is essential to use the LMS ( interface for synchronous courses. However, ZOOM and similar programs can also be used as a supporter. Information will be shared with our students through the STIX ( interface.

During the distance education, programmed courses will also be broadcast via Üsküdar University Television ( - ÜÜTV1 and ÜÜTV2). The days and hours of the faculties, vocational schools and institutes will be announced separately to our students.

Accordingly, it was also decided to conduct midterm exams between 13 and 19 April 2020 (exams of our preparatory class students will be between 14 and 15 April 2020) in the form of homework or online exams.

Field applications, internships and other applied courses and exams are planned to be carried out in a concentrated manner in the summer months after the conditions return to normal in line with YÖK decisions.
