Prof. Yücel stated that "We recommend students to choose our faculty because it provides an educational environment with contemporary norms and facilities." and added that "All current technology products (models, virtual reality equipment, connected technological systems such as intraoral cameras and cad-cam, very powerful library contents) that are available and used in dentistry in terms of both patient services and pre-clinical basic education are provided in education and patient services in our faculty. is being used."

Pointing out the importance of applied education and clinical experience in dentistry, Prof. Yücel said that "With the advantage of the number of instructors per student, our students can perform their clinical practices in the clinics of our oral and dental health practice hospital (Üsküdar Dental Hospital) equipped with new technologies after the training they receive in phantom and preclinical laboratories before the clinic, as well as benefit from exchange programs such as Erasmus."

Students are actively involved in project teams in scientific studies

Referring to the participation of students in research projects, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry Prof. Ziver Ergün Yücel stated that "This issue is one of the most important issues of our university. As the Faculty of Dentistry, we implement and actively carry out various projects and R&D studies and ensure that our students take an active part in the project teams in other scientific studies."

Our graduates can specialize in all branches of dentistry

Explaining that the faculty has not given graduates yet, and that when they graduate, they can work in dental clinics of state hospitals, Oral and Dental Health Centers, private hospitals and clinics, Prof. Yücel also said that graduates can start their academic life and do a doctorate and open their own practices as soon as they graduate.

Prof. Yücel also noted that graduates can specialize in all branches of dentistry with the Dentistry Specialization Exam (DUS) if they wish.
