2018-2019 Summer Semester Applications (Undergraduate-Associate)
Students who wish to take courses in the summer semester of the 2018-2019 academic year, should submit their applications with the pre-application form (except for the foreign language preparatory students) to the Faculty Secretaries / Vocational School Directorate until 19th of June, 2019 Wednesday.Students may send their pre application forms to the related department/programs’ e-mail accounts stated below, on condition to send it from their university e-mail accounts.
(Students who apply from other universities can send their personal information by their personal e-mail accounts while specifying university information.)

The courses, which are planned to be opened according to the number of applications, will be announced on Tuesday, 25 June 2019 at the Faculty / Vocational School website. Financial records of the courses will be formed between 26 June-03 July 2019. The courses which are deemed appropriate to be opened by Coordinatorship of Summer School in accordance to the number of students that complete their financial records, will be announce at Faculty/VSHS websites on 5 July 2019. The announced courses will begin on Monday, July 8, 2019.
Note: Our students must get their course registration forms approved respectively by the supervisor-student affairs staff - financial personnel and submit the related form to the student affairs.

Note: 1- In summer education, our university students can take up to 4 courses in order not to exceed 15 ECTS.
2- Students who want to take courses at our university from other universities are required to attend the registration process with the decree on their eligibility to take the related courses at our university.
3-Refunds will be provided to the students who have applied to the courses, in case the sufficient number of students are not achieved for those courses that will be announced by the Coordinatorship of Summer School.
4- No refunds will be given to the students who will withdraw from the courses.
