Üsküdar University Founding President Prof. Nevzat Tarhan is rewarded with “Author of the Year” award by İstanbul University “Student Council 1453 Awards”.
İstanbul University 2019 Student Council Award winners are announced.
The survey, which included various categories, was conducted through the web site of İstanbul University.
The “Author of the Year” category which included profound names such as Prof. İlber Ortaylı, Zülfü Livaneli and Ahmet Ümit, is presented to Üsküdar University President Prof. Nevzat Tarhan.
With more than 20 books to date, Prof. Tarhan is a true guide for life that sheds light on the conscience of the society.
Prof. Tarhan’s latest book titled “Mom, What is Coup?” brought a different perspective to the subject while examining “psychology of coup”.
İstanbul University Student Council 1453 Awards Ceremony will be held on 16 April 2019, Tuesday at Prof. Cemil Bilsel Conference Hall. The winners will receive their awards at the ceremony.
