Üsküdar University attended the world’s biggest international education summit

Üsküdar University Chairman of Board of Trustees Furkan Tarhan and the accompanying committee participated in Association of International Educators (NAFSA) Annual Conference & Expo, which is known as the world’s biggest international education summit. In the exposition where there was a great interest in Üsküdar University, Furkan Tarhan presented plaquette to Washington Ambassador Hasan Murat who visited the stand of Üsküdar University.

NAFSA Annual Conference & Expo held 75th time this year with the theme titled “Inspiring an Inclusive Future” was completed in Washington, the capital of the USA.

In the 4-day exposition, seminars, workshops and meets were held in the fields such as news trends, challenges, innovative approaches and internationalization in higher education, and many professionals in the fields especially university rectors, international office directors and international education programs managers gathered together.

In the exposition, Üsküdar University had an opportunity to introduce its innovative, inclusive and diverse higher education services in Türkiye to international shareholders.

Moreover, Hasan Murat Mercan who is Washington Ambassador of Türkiye, visited the Üsküdar University Stand and was informed by Üsküdar University Chairman of Board of Trustees Furkan Tarhan about education opportunities and facilities of the university.

Chairman of Board of Trustees Furkan Tarhan presented a plaquette to Washington Ambassador to convey his contentment for his visit and his thanks for his support.

Besides Üsküdar University, 15 universities from Türkiye attended the fair.
