Norman C. MOORE

American Psychiatrist. He completed his undergraduate studies in medicine at Queen’s University in Ireland in 1964. After receiving his PhD from the same university, he studied Psychiatry at the Royal Air Force in London. In 1990, he completed the “Advanced Training Program in Biomedical Research Management” at Harvard University. He holds four high honors from the American Psychiatric Association and the Royal College Psychiatric Association. Prof. Moore has also received awards from various institutions, including the Mental Illness Research Award, the Model Psychiatrist Award, the Distinguished Researcher of the Year Award, and the Excellence in Medical Student Education Award. He currently has 98 scientific articles. Prof. Moore is currently a Professor of Psychiatry and Director of the Research Department of the Psychiatry Department at East Tennessee State University in the United States. Üsküdar University Senate conferred upon him the title of Honorary Doctorate in 2017.
