What should be the psychological management of crises?
Psychiatrist Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan points out the importance of being prepared for a crisis, stating that all events in people's lives that disrupt the routine and have difficulty solving problems can be defined as a crisis. "The crisis is that there is an anomaly in the normal," saying Tarhan warned as; If the person does not have the ability to remain calm, he will get caught up in the crisis with the crisis. He will be part of the crisis". Tarhan added that couples in particular should meet in common in overcoming family crises.
Founding Rector of Uskudar University, Psychiatrist Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, gave a consideration of the psychology of crisis and risk management.
Describing the crisis as "situations and events that disturb the habitual order of man, destabilize the balance", so Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan told, "All events in one's life that disrupt the routine and have difficulty solving problems can be defined as a crisis. Crises have positive and negative aspects. Crises are twofold. There are precursors to crises. It is very important to see these precursors and it is important to have a crisis plan for the crisis. It is also valuable that the person is prepared in advance for what to do if there is a crisis."
