Merve Çebi was born in 1986 in Istanbul. She graduated from Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Psychology in 2009, and completed her MSc. degree at Istanbul University, Department of Neuroscience in 2012. During her education, she was involved in a short-term research project in University of Maastricht with the Erasmus internship programme. In 2018, she received her Ph.D from Istanbul University, Health Sciences Institute, Department of Advanced Neurological Sciences. Her research interests include cognitive neuroscience, memory, neuroimaging, neurodegenerative diseases and aging.
