Using the brain MRI of psychiatrist Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, a copy was created via a 3D printer. Noting that the brain of a living person in Turkey was printed as a replica for the first time, Neurology expert Prof Dr. Sultan Tarlacı said, "It is possible to see all the indentations and protrusions in the replica of the brain, thanks to the technology's facilitation of modeling." Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, on the other hand, stated that the theoretical study turned into reality and said, "Now, a person's brain volume and pressure changes will be followed by 3D printers in many early diagnoses and the course of the disease."
