Within the scope of the protocol signed between Üsküdar University and Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Health, Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate started the "Training of Practical Trainer" program for its expert personnel in all units. In addition to all these applications, it is planned to ensure that they specialize in subjects such as designing learning environments, preparing learning materials, planning learning activities, measurement and evaluation methods. Participants who successfully complete the "Education of Applied Course Educators" program are entitled to receive the certificate organized by Üsküdar University Continuing Education Center.

In the training, it is aimed that leading health managers discover their leadership qualities and realize how they can use their skills more effectively and establish creative teams by creating their own leadership styles.
As a result of this training, it is aimed to establish effective communication within the training process and the institution, to plan the training on a topic determined within the institution and to carry out the planned training practically, to use appropriate presentation techniques, to develop visual and audio materials suitable for the purpose of the training.
Those that are among the objectives of the training are as follows; the ability of the participants in the "Education of Educators" to use the teaching models and methods appropriate to their learning styles, to provide feedback on the effectiveness and efficiency of the education by evaluating the education with appropriate measurement tools and methods, to comprehend the basic features of adult education and to report the whole process in line with the objectives of the institution.
