Full Support to “Accessibility” event for disabled talents and employment...

Üsküdar University attended the event “Accessibility” organized by Garanti BBVA. Üsküdar University Department of Health, Culture and Sports International Students Specialist Viktorya Altınkaya, Disabled Students Assistant Dicle Aksoy and Social Work first year student Zeynep Kara, New Media and Communicating third year student Serdar Karan represented Üsküdar University at the Accessibility event held by Garanti BBVA.

Within the scope of May 18 Global Accessibility Awareness Day, the theme ‘There is Equality Here’ was discussed with the diversity and inclusiveness strategy at the event held by Garanti BBVA in Salt Galata.

Students from different universities, graduates and experts discussed employment of disabled talents and employee experience with many aspects of the matter. The event was ended with the workshop ‘An Accessible World for Everyone’, which was participated under the guidance of Viktorya Altınkaya from Üsküdar University.

The outputs obtained in the event where disabled talents employment and employee experience were discussed will be used for the aim of an accessible world for everybody and to create a future strategy and guidance in this field.
