She graduated from Eskişehir Osmangazi University Biology Department in 2008.
She completed her master's degree in Forensic Sciences / Forensic Genetics at Istanbul University, Institute of Forensic Medicine and Forensic Sciences in 2011.
She completed her doctorate in Forensic Sciences/Forensic Genetics from Istanbul University, Institute of Forensic Medicine and Forensic Sciences in 2016. And She received the title of “Ph.D. - Doctor of Philosophy”.She was appointed as an Assistant Professor, Faculty member in the Department of Forensic Sciences, at Üsküdar University in 2017.
She is the Deputy Head of the Undergraduate Department of Forensic Sciences at Üsküdar University and the Head of the Forensic Genetics Graduate Program of the Institute of Addiction and Forensic Sciences.Since 2017, she has been teaching many associates, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral-level courses on Forensic Sciences and Criminalistics, Forensic Biology, and Genetic, Crime Scene investigations, especially "DNA Analysis".
She has projects in these fields, publications in international and national journals included in SCI/SCI-E indexes, national and international congress, symposium and conference presentations, and postgraduate theses she directed.Since 2017, she has been working as an official expert in the fields of Forensic Biology and Genetic Investigations, Crime Scene Investigations, and Grave Excavation under the Istanbul Expert Regional Board.
