Seda KUŞOĞLU GÜLTEKİN, M. Sc.

Dr. Seda Kuşoğlu Gültekin graduated from Beyoğlu Anatolian High School in 2010 and started her undergraduate studies in the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics at Istanbul University in the same year. Her undergraduate thesis was supported by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK). She completed her master's degree in the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics at Istanbul University with a thesis entitled “Evaluation of the Effects of Chromatographic Analysis of Microcystis aeruginosa Toxin Peptides on Liver Cells,” which was supported by the Istanbul University Scientific Research Projects Unit, and Dr. Kuşoğlu Gültekin was awarded the title of Molecular Biology and Genetics Specialist in 2019. As of 2026, Dr. Kuşoğlu Gültekin has completed her doctoral program in Molecular Biology and Genetics at Istanbul University. Her doctoral dissertation, entitled “Effects of Regorafenib and Propolis Applications on Caco-2 Intestinal Cancer Cells,” was supported by the Istanbul University Scientific Research Projects Unit. Since January 2015, Dr. Kuşoğlu Gültekin has been working as a Research Assistant in the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics at the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Üsküdar University. Her academic work includes national and international publications, participation in conferences and congresses, and various research projects. She is married and has one child.
