Mehmet Kemal Arıkan is a Professor in Psychiatry since 1999. He graduated from Medical Faculty of Trakya University in 1985 and became Associate Professor in Psychiatry at Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty in 1993. He completed the doctoral degree in Biostatistics at İstanbul University in 2001. Since 2011, Mehmet Kemal Arıkan is the head of Academic Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Centre. Currently, he is the coordinator of research department in Üsküdar University.
