After completing her undergraduate education in Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University, Department of Food Engineering in 2000, İsra TOPTANCI completed her master's degree in Ankara University, Institute of Science and Technology, Department of Food Engineering in 2005. In 2008, she completed her doctorate in Ankara University Food Engineering Department and received the title of Doctor.
