İsra TOPTANCI, 2000 yılında Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa Üniversitesi Gıda Mühendisliği Bölümü’nde lisans eğitimini tamamladıktan sonra, 2005 yılında Ankara Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü’nde Gıda Mühendisliği Anabilim Dalı’nda Yüksek Lisans eğitimini tamamlamıştır. 2008 yılında yine Ankara Üniversitesi Gıda Mühendisliği Anabilim Dalı’nda doktora eğitimini tamamlayarak Doktor unvanını almıştır.
