İsmail DALAY, Ph.D

Born in İstanbul. He graduated from Burdur Commercial High School and Eskişehir Anadolu University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. Also finished Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences, Bosphorus education, Boğaziçi University English Preparatory School. He did his doctorate of Business Administration at Yildiz University Social Sciences Institute and became an Associate Professor at the same branch. He became a professor at Sakarya University. Between 1974 and 2006, he worked as a Vice President, Deputy Director, Institute of Social Sciences and Head of Department at Yıldız University and Sakarya University. He gave undergraduate, graduate and doctorate courses in Management Organization and Business Administration departments, served as a thesis supervisor and continued his teaching career. Between 2003 and 2005, he worked as a research professor at Perth Edith Cowan University, Australia, between 2007 and 2008, at the University of Siegen in Germany. Between 1994-1997, he was the Deans of the Institute for the Administration of Saving in Baku, Azerbaijan and lectured on the subject. He gave undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. courses in Aydın University, Beykent University and Development Universities between 2008-2015. He has 6 books, one in English and many articles related to international and national topic. He owns certified public accountant license and he gives consultancy.
