Çisem UZUN, MA

Çisem Uzun was born in Antalya in 1978. She completed her primary and secondary education in Uşak and Antalya. She completed her higher education in Psychology at Istanbul Maltepe and Istanbul Arel Universities. She has a master degree. She holds a PhD in Psychology Department at Üsküdar University. She studied on “Evaluating depression and social skills in children who have seperated parents and whose parents are still together” as a master thesis. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Stability Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Psychodrama, NLP, Family Counseling are some of the trainings that she received. She received the title of writer, which was one of her biggest dreams, by writing the book titled "Oynadıkça-Çocuğumun Psikoloğu Oluyorum". The book was published in Çizgi publications in October 2016. She also writes in Çekmeköy 2023 Magazine. Her mission is to help individuals realize their own values. Because the individual's belief in himself is his most precious value. For this reason, she adopts psychological counseling and teaching not as a profession but as a way of life. She teaches Social Psychology, Family Counseling and Basic Competencies in Professional Coaching during the academic year 2019-2020.
