Züleyha AKGÜN, MD

After completing her primary, secondary and high school education, Züleyha Akgün graduated from Trakya University Faculty of Medicine in 1996. She started her specialty training at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Radiation Oncology and completed it in 2008. During her studies, she worked as an observer and visiting researcher at the University of Wisconsin Human Oncology Center Neurooncology (2009) and at the Institute of Neurological Sciences at the University of Turin (2010). Dr. Akgün, who completed her compulsory service at Erzurum Regional Education and Research Hospital between 2009-2011, worked as a specialist doctor at Bezmialem Foundation University between 2011-2015. In 2017, she received the title of Associate Professor in the field of Radiation Oncology.
