Yalçın İnanç Serin was born in 1971. After he graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 1993 . He had become a specialist in the field of Urology in Istanbul Education and Research Hospital. He worked respectively in Istanbul Education and Research Hospital, Van Military Hospital Urology Clinic, in Balıkesir Bandırma Kapıdag Hospital and Gaziosmanpasa Hospital as a urologist.
