He was born in Rize in 1992. He graduated from Rize Anatolian High School in 2010. Between 2010 and 2016, he completed his undergraduate education at Boğaziçi University, Department of History. He completed his master's degree in 2019 with his thesis titled "1870 Beyoğlu Fire and Its Aftermath" and his doctorate in 2023 with his thesis titled "A Prosopographic Study on Ottoman MPs in the First Constitutional Period" at Istanbul 29 Mayıs University. He published his doctoral thesis in 2024 under the name of "The First Deputies of the Ottoman Empire". In the same year, he translated Katja Hoyer's "Blood and Iron, The Rise and Fall of the German Empire (1871-1918)" and Violet Moller's "The Journey of Knowledge, How Classical Ideas Were Lost and Found: Seven Cities One History". He translates works in English in the field of history and continues his academic studies.
