M.Kemal ÇINARLIK, HSE Specialist (B), Guest Lecturer
He was born in Giresun in 1963. Following his graduation from NC Officer school in 1981, he graduated Economics Faculty in Anatolian University in 1989. He graduated Departments of Occupational Health & Safety Professions in Atatürk University in 2015. He graduated from Occupational Health and Safety Master’s Degree in 2016. Master Thesis is Determination of Criteria for The Hospital Disaster and Emergency Situation Plans with an Example Case.
Work Experiences:
He worked as a NC Officer in Turkish Army (1981-2003) and he is retired in 2003. Following his experineces; As a HSE trainer in Baku-Tibilisi-Ceyhan Crude oil pipeline project between 2004-2005.Than he worked as a HSE Specialist on some construction projects in Afghanistan, Russia, Kazakhstan between 2005-2007. He has been working as a Guest Lecturer since Sep.2015 in the Uskudar University.
