Merve Aydın Karabaş completed her undergraduate degree in 2009 at the Department of Nursing, Sakarya University. Following her graduation, she gained clinical experience by working in various healthcare institutions. She holds certificates in Intensive Care Nursing and Family Counselling.
In 2017, she completed her Master’s degree in the Health Management Programme at the Institute of Health Sciences, Istanbul University, and in 2023, she completed her Master’s degree in the Neuroscience Programme at the Institute of Health Sciences, Üsküdar University
In 2024, she commenced the Doctorate Programme in Neuroscience at the Institute of Health Sciences, Üsküdar University, and is currently continuing her studies. Since 2019, she has been serving as a lecturer in the Anaesthesia Programme at the School of Health Services, Üsküdar University, and currently holds the position of Programme Director. She is married and has two children.
