Mehmet KAVACIK was born in 1996 and received his bachelor's degree from Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Biomedical Engineering and his master's degree from Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University, Institute of Sciences, Department of Biomedical Engineering. He was completed his education successively in 2020 and 2022. He is continuing his doctoral studies at Yıldız Technical University, Institute of Sciences, Department of Bioengineering.
Mehmet KAVACIK works in the field of biosensor as his field of expertise. Using impedance, cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry, and mass-based biosensor methods, he conducted biosensor studies for the early detection of cholesterol, Covid-19 and various cancer-specific disease biomarkers. Moreover, he continues his doctoral studies in the field of Lateral Flow Assay (lateral flow tests), known as rapid diagnostic kits.
