Maral YEŞİLYURT, Ph.D

Maral Yeşilyurt was born in Wiesbaden, Germany, the second child of a doctor mother and a father with three children.  She graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Arts and Sciences in 2004. Between 2004-2007, she completed her Master's degree at Istanbul Commerce University, Department of Applied Psychology. In 2007, she started her second master's degree at Anadolu University, Institute of Health Sciences, Department of Speech and Language Therapy (DİLKOM). In June 2011, she completed her training process and graduated as an Expert Speech and Language Therapist. She worked as an expert speech therapist at Bosphorus Anatomica Hospital between 2011-2014. She graduated from Üsküdar University, Institute of Health Sciences, Language and Speech Disorders Therapy PhD Programme in 2020. She continues to work as a lecturer at Üsküdar University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Speech and Language Therapy. She continues to work as an assistant professor. Maral Yeşilyurt, who is a member of the Association of Speech and Language Therapist (DKBUD) and the Association of Voice, Speech and Swallowing Disorders Specialists (SKYBUD), is married and has two children.
