İlham MİRAÇ, Ph.D (Part Time)

İlham MİRAÇ completed his undergraduate education at Novosibirsk State University Department of Mathematics in 1991, his master's degree in 1993, and his doctorate in 1997. He was given the title of Associate Professor in the Field of Mathematics and Science from the Siberian Cooperation University in 2001. In 2015, he received his pedagogy diploma from the Siberian Cooperation University in the field of 'Russian Language and Speech Culture'. In 2016, he was given the title of Professor in Russian Federation Academy of Sciences.
