Hüseyin Koçak graduated from Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Department of Emergency and Disaster Management in 2010. After completing his master's degree in the Department of Health Management in Disasters at Hacettepe University Institute of Public Health, Koçak completed his doctorate in Disaster Medicine.
