She was born in İstanbul in 1994. She graduated from Pertevniyal High School in 2012.  After graduating from Bezmialem Vakıf University Faculty of Medicine in 2019, she worked as a physician at İstanbul Sultangazi District Health Directorate for a short time. She worked as a Research Assistant at the Department of Anatomy at the University of Health Sciences, Hamidiye Faculty of Medicine, for about two years. During her specialization education in anatomy medicine, she had the opportunity to contribute to the anatomy education of students studying in the fields of health sciences, especially medical faculty students. At the end of 2023, Hilal ÖNAY, who started to work as a Research Assistant at Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Mental Health and Diseases, continues her medical specialization in the field of Psychiatry.
