Gülçin GÜRHAN received her undergraduate degree from Marmara University, Department of Health Management in 2004. She completed her master's degree in Üsküdar University Hospital Management Department in 2017. She is continuing her Health Management Doctorate program, which she started at Üsküdar University in 2017. Between 2005 and 2014, she worked as a manager in many private hospitals in Istanbul and worked in the JCI Accreditation processes of hospitals. She has been continuing her career in the academic field since 2014. Between 2014-2019, she was the Head of Health Institutions Management Program at Nişantaşı University Vocational School. She has been working as the Head of the Program in the Medical Documentation and Secretarial Program of the Vocational School of Health Services since 2019. She works in the fields of Quality Accreditation in Health, Health Information Management Systems and Hospital Management Organization.
